Classes will be filled in order of completion of registration requirements.

This school year we are accepting students in grades 3 through 9.
Students entering 10th and 11th grades may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

3rd – 12th grade students spend 3 days per week in our classroom – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.  On Mondays and Fridays, these students complete assignments at home, under the supervision of a parent or another responsible adult.  The students communicate with our classroom teacher via Chat or E-mail on Mondays and Fridays.
All tests are completed while in our classroom.

For the 2017-2018 school year, we will be offering support services to parents of K-2nd grade students, including: Placement Testing, Curriculum Consultation & Sales, Record Keeping Set-up & Assistance, Standardized Testing, and Home School Support Group Activities.

Beginning in 2018-2019- Kindergarten – 2nd grade students will spend two full days in our classroom – Monday and Friday- and one half-day on Wednesday afternoon.  Parents will be provided with all lesson plans and instructions for work that must be completed when the student is at home on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and on Wednesday mornings. All tests will be completed in our classroom.
We will begin enrolling K-2nd grade students during the 2018-2019 school year.

Mrs. Tomlin has 20 years of experience in Christian Education as a homeschool mom, a Christian school administrator and supervisor, and a one-to-one tutor.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition:

Grades 9-12

$1,500 per student/per school year

Payments may be broken down into 10 monthly payments at
$150 per month per student
Payments are made in 10 monthly installments, due August 1 through May 1.

Grades 9-12:  $120 per year Transcript Accreditation Fee (May be paid in 10 monthly installments of $12 each or in full by March 1st of each year.)

Grades 3-8

$1,500 per student/per school year

Grades K-2 (Beginning 2018-2019)

$1,250.00 per student/per school year

Services Included:

Grades 4-12

Classroom Instruction (up to 18 hours per week -Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and Course Tests, Recordkeeping – Attendance and Progress Reports, Lesson Plans/GoalSetting, Assignment Scheduling and Scoring, Transcript Construction.

 

 

 

 

 

Grades K-3

Classroom Instruction (up to 15 hours per week – Monday, Wednesday Afternoon, Friday) and Course Tests, Recordkeeping – Attendance and Progress Reports, Lesson Plans/GoalSetting, Assignment Scheduling and Scoring.

Placement Testing/Consultation Fee:  $50 All students are required to complete a placement test to determine their academic strengths and weaknesses.  After testing is completed, we consult with you to determine what curriculum will best meet your child’s academic needs. This fee must be paid when the registration process begins.
Curriculum: Cost Varies The cost of curriculum and necessary supplies will vary, depending on which curriculum is used and the child’s grade level.  Parents should plan to pay anywhere from $200 to $500 per school year, per child for curriculum.  Sometimes used curriculum is available helping to reduce the cost.  After Placement Testing is completed, a curriculum list will be developed.  Parents will then need to pay for their child’s curriculum.

Enrollment is considered complete only when all Registration paperwork has been completed, Placement Testing has been paid for and completed, and curriculum has been paid for.

Subject Specific Tutoring

$10/hour

We offer 1-3 hours per week of 1-to-1 tutoring for students who are having difficulty in a specific subject.
Specialized Reading & Spelling Tutoring

$10/hour – 2 Sessions per week

We offer specialized tutoring to students who are struggling with reading/spelling.  Tutoring sessions are conducted at least twice per week, with each session lasting approximately an hour.  We utilize the Barton Reading & Spelling System.
Standardized Achievement Testing

$50 per school year/per student

The Standardized Achievement Testing Fee must be paid by no later than January 31 of each school year.

Each spring students are required to complete Standardized Achievement Testing.

Field Trip costs and extra-curricular activities fees will be announced as trips and activities are scheduled.
